GreensGroomer has recognized the need for truly mobile and affordable sanitation solutions for the broader institutional market, including critical care units, and assisted living complexes. The UVC Product Line-Up from GreensGroomer provides effective control over harmful pathogens by delivering an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution.
We've long known that medical facilities, treatment centers, and nursing homes have a higher risk of infection since the concentration of infectious diseases exists in these locations. Many facilities have established cleaning and sanitation regimens. Other facilities struggle with their ongoing efforts. In either case, the miniZapr serves as a great addition to the sanitation plan.
Built around germicidal ultraviolet (UVC) lights, the miniZapr disinfects surfaces with powerful exposure, instantly destroying harmful micro-organisms. From viruses such as Hepatitis, HIV, and Influenza to bacteria such as MRSA, E-Coli, Salmonella, and Staph, the miniZapr creates the ultimate benchmark for institutional safety.
In some circles, germicidal UVC is a new technology. Few know that it has been used by many other industries that now rely on it for sanitation. Developed heavily in the 1920s, UVC technology is now the primary solution when combating micro-organisms. Air, water, and foods are treated every day across the US to secure these important supplies safely and economically.
Designed by GreensGroomer WorldWide® the miniZapr® uses the power of UVC technology to destroy harmful germs inherent in many institutional settings. The miniZapr is available in two models, 18” and 36” wide. Both models have a base unit or floor module and a hand-held wand.
For UVC light intensity we chose to employ a powerful base reflector module with 8 proprietary, high energy UVC bulbs. The unit can be powered by an on-board generator (outdoor use) or through a standard 120v wall outlet (with a 50 foot power cord).
The miniZapr makes a continual sanitation strategy possible and avoids the high cost, repetitive chemical treatments. Over the long haul, the fiscal argument is clear — not to mention ultimate safety is addressed with such a simple, proven solution.
Compared to other sanitation techniques, the miniZapr is the most efficient, most cost-effective method available to the industry.
